Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the PawStyler mobile application (the “App” or “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and PawStyler, operated by Inflexience Technologies (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

⚠️ Important: PawStyler operates as a premium subscription service with a hard paywall. All AI styling features require an active subscription. There is no free trial or freemium version.

Service Description

PawStyler is an AI-powered mobile application that transforms your pet photos into stylish images by virtually dressing them in a wide variety of outfits and accessories. Our service uses advanced artificial intelligence to create high-quality styled pet images.

Subscription Terms & Conditions

  • • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
  • • Billing: Processed through iOS App Store or Google Play Store
  • • Regional Pricing: Prices vary by region based on purchasing power parity
  • • Rate Limits: Daily generation limits prevent abuse and ensure fair usage
  • • Refunds: Subject to Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies
  • • Cancellation: Cancel anytime through your app store account settings
  • • Service Access: Immediate loss of access upon cancellation or failed payment

Limitation of Liability

Service provided “as is” without warranties. Liability limited to subscription fees paid.

  • • We are not liable for AI generation quality or results
  • • No responsibility for lost images or data (privacy-first deletion)
  • • Not liable for third-party service interruptions (Google AI, app stores)
  • • Maximum liability limited to 12 months of subscription fees
  • • No liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

  • • Class action waiver applies where legally permitted

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our service, legal requirements, or business practices.

  • • Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms
